How do I request a refund?

Changed your mind ? You can cancel your own plan and receive your refund within 7-14 working days time or sometimes sooner, depending on your bank.

Kindly refer to the steps below : 
1. Click on the "Savings" tab at the bottom middle of your screen and then select your desired saving plan. You will see the plan summary ; click on "Manage". 
 

2. You will be able to see an option to "Pay early" or "Delete". Click on "Delete" to cancel and refund your saving plan. 
3. Upon successful cancellation, you will be able to see the saving plan updated from your screen along with a pop up stating "Subscription Cancelled".
