6.1 Indemnification for Breach of Terms and Illegal or Improper Use of Services

User shall indemnify SUGAR, our affiliates, agents, directors, employees, and officers, from and against any claims, costs, complaints, damages, expenses, losses, liabilities, including legal fees, arising out of, or in relation to, or due to:

(a)your breach of the Terms of Service;

(b)your improper, irresponsible, or illegal use of the SUGAR Application and/or the SUGAR Services; and

(c)your breach of Applicable Laws and/or third-party rights.
