Except as required under Applicable Law, SUGAR or our affiliates, agents, directors, employees, and officers, will have no liability to you for any harm arising out of your access or use of SUGAR Application and SUGAR Services. For the avoidance of doubt, SUGAR or our affiliates, agents, directors, employees, and officers, we will not be liable for consequential, direct, indirect, punitive, special damages arising out of your access or use of the SUGAR Application and SUGAR Services, in any manner.
