8.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is held illegal or unenforceable, the remaining Terms of Service will not be affected. A provision held to be illegal or unenforceable will be substituted by a provision of similar import reflecting the original intent of the parties, to the extent permissible under Applicable Law.
