8.4 Governing Law

These Terms of Service is governed by and enforceable in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Where a claim or dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Service, and including any question regarding its existence, validity or termination, is not settled by negotiation, the parties will resolve the claim or dispute through mediation in good faith before resorting to litigation in which event the parties shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
